Protection of Underage Members

LegendFiction welcomes members of all ages, including teens under 18. We do not accept teens younger than 13. We are primarily focused on high school and college age teens, and adults.

Parents or guardians are expected to be actively involved in monitoring and guiding their children’s activities on our platform.

It is explicitly expected by the LegendFiction team that parents or guardians have the right and responsibility to access their children’s profiles and monitor their interactions at any time.

Our administration team, comprised of mentors and founders, promptly addresses any concerns or issues raised by members.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior.

Members are encouraged to report any instances of misconduct or violation of community guidelines to the administration team immediately.

Upon receiving a report, the administration team will conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate action, which may include warning, temporary suspension, or permanent expulsion from the community, depending on the severity of the violation.

By accessing or participating in Legend Fiction and its associated platforms, including but not limited to its website, forums, and social media channels, members agree to hold Legend Fiction and its designated team harmless from any legal claims, actions, or liabilities arising from their participation.

Members acknowledge that they are responsible for protecting themselves and their interests while engaging with LegendFiction’s content and community.

Any failure to do so, including but not limited to safeguarding personal information or adhering to community guidelines, shall not render LegendFiction or its team liable or accountable for any resulting consequences.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all members.

Only necessary data required for accessing and using our platform is collected, and it is safeguarded in accordance with relevant data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA. We license Mighty Networks as a tool, and operate within their compliance standards.

Private messages between members are not accessible to the administration team, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

For discussions and content deemed suitable for adults only, a designated private area is available within the platform.

Access to adult content is restricted to members who are of legal age according to the information provided on their profile.

Access is manually granted by our admins, after a reasonable review of the information provided.
