These roles are for people who already have some creative spark, curiosity, and comfort learning online tools. They're friendly and supportive — while still involving genuine responsibility on live projects.
Real, published work
You'll help create books, newsletters, videos, graphics, and social posts that go out to a real audience — not practice assignments.
Mentorship, not busywork
You work directly with our founder, a professional marketer, and a crew that's as fired up as you are. Pitch ideas, try things, and grow.
Learn to use AI
Learn to use AI to speed up the less creative parts — formatting, summarizing, drafting — while you build your own taste, judgment, and follow-through.

Turn our community's stories into professional, publish-ready books for our challenges and contests, using Reedsy. You'll lay out stories, gather author bios and links, check details, and prep files for online booksellers.

Keep us connected to subscribers through our weekly Pennon update. You'll build each issue — pulling blog articles, YouTube videos, and images together — and bring your own ideas for what readers will love.

Share LegendFiction with future friends, fans, and writers. Turn videos, quotes, images, and community moments into posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Graphic Designer
Create graphics in Canva for events, videos, posts, and updates. Jump into a working brand — make edits, build templates, and design thumbnails, promos, and community visuals.

Content Creator
Feature the authors, interviews, and ideas coming out of our community. Prep Substack posts, run the content calendar, follow up with creators, and polish headlines and images. Great for writers and organizers.

Video Editor
Turn recorded videos into finished content for YouTube, lessons, and social. We record in Riverside; you'll trim, master, title, describe, and publish using a fast system we've already built.

For parents
A meaningful part of your teen's education
These roles give teens guided, real-world experience with publishing, media, communication, and digital responsibility — the kind of practical learning that's hard to get from a worksheet.
Everything happens in a supportive, mentored environment. Your teen learns to use AI as a practical tool while developing their own taste, judgment, creativity, and follow-through.

Dominic de Souza
Dominic brings 25 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing. He works full-time as Director of Marketing for Heroic Men, a Catholic nonprofit, and mentors every apprentice personally — so you're learning from someone who does this work for a living, every day.
