Discover the Core of Your Novel: A March online workshop with Katelin Cummins

Mar 8, 2023 | Academy, Latest

Do you know what your story is really about and why you’re writing it? Can you tell people what it’s about in a few short, clear sentences?

Knowing the core of your novel in these ways will help focus your writing and revising. It can also help you keep going when the writing gets difficult and you would rather give up.

In this hour-long workshop, you will go deep into why you are writing this book, define the point of your story, and then write a short and simple summary of your novel.

This workshop uses the first three steps of The Blueprint for a Book by Jennie Nash, founder of Author Accelerator. The complete Blueprint outlines fourteen steps to plan your novel from the inside out.
